It’s easy to end your Amazon Prime membership, or cancel your free trial.
You can end your Amazon Prime membership, or cancel your free trial to ensure that it doesn’t convert to a full Amazon Prime membership.
- Go to Your Amazon Prime Membership.
- Select Manage, select Update, Cancel and More, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE:Members who have paid but haven’t utilized Amazon Prime benefits for placing an order are entitled to receive a complete refund. In the case of paying members who have solely used Amazon Prime delivery benefits, they might qualify for a partial refund. If members have utilized other benefits such as Prime Video, Prime Music, or Prime Gaming, they are not eligible for a refund.
Customers who sign up for Amazon Prime using the Android mobile shopping app must manage their subscription through Google Subscription services.
Note For Prime For Students and 18-22 year olds:If you decide to cancel your Prime for Students and 18-22 year-olds membership during the six-month trial period and then want to sign up again, you won’t qualify for another six-month trial. Instead, you will only have the option to get the paid Prime membership at the discounted rate for students and 18-22 year-olds.
